ClinPack – an EU located clinical supply service provider

ClinPack Ltd. provides IMP blinding, IMP packaging, labelling and logistic activities for clinical trials. ClinPack Ltd. was founded by professionals whose experience covers the following areas:

Clinical study management (GCP) and clinical logistic management across Europe, Asia and the MENA countries;
pharmaceutical manufacturing (GMP) including IMP;
and warehousing/distribution (GDP) of pharmaceutical products.

Our knowledge on demands of Sponsors and CROs regarding the clinical supply chain, and the spread of clinical trials in Central and Eastern Europe have inspired us to set up a wide range of clinical supply services.

ClinPack Ltd. is a clinical supply service provider located in Central Europe (Budapest, Hungary), and is specialized in investigational products’ secondary packaging, IMP blinding, IMP labelling, storage in controlled ambient (15-25°C) and refrigerated (2-8°C) conditions, distribution, returns and destruction.

Investigational products include IMP, medical devices, optionally auxiliary products (NIMP) and all kind of products that need to be clinically proven (e.g. homeophatic products, functional foods, cosmetics stating unique product specific health claims).

Our GMP-licensed facility operates in Budapest, currently on 130 m², in a 12,000 m² trading house, so we can immediately expand the area according to the needs of our clients. This can be an optimal choice for trials conducted in Europe and the MENA countries. We provide depo services as well.

Being at the heart of Europe, we are able to provide shorter distances and hence faster service times, therefore we are especially cost-efficient. Moreover, due to our professsional background, we are able to support the global supply chain services of clinical trials.

ClinPack was recommended by the CRO as a clinical supply service provider for our Phase II blinded, randomized study conducted in Central Europe. They ensured the seamless importation of 12 pallets of IMD, completed full labelling in a single day, and managed shipments within the required timeframe, quality, and budget. They proactively flagged potential cost increases, and in parallel provided proposals for us to act efficiently contributing to ensure that the study was proceeding as planned.
